James Eisen
James has worked as a Driving Instructor since qualifying in April 2005. Having trained with BSM, James started Ltest School of Motoring with a view to offering better value for money and a more personal service for pupils.
James works with pupils of different abilities, and often helps pupils that may have given up on the idea of learning to drive. “I can help almost anyone achieve their goals and really enjoy helping my pupils through the challenges they face. It’s a great feeling and I often see former pupils who still remember me and their driving experience years later”
James has had over 500 pass successes since founding the school and is now dividing his time between providing Automatic Driving Lessons and developing the Ltest brand.
James lives in Sale with his wife, Samantha and 2 children.
Tzetzo Petrova
He speaks Russian, Bulgarian, Italian and English and has taught many people from different European countries.
Tzetzo joined our Ltest Team in January 2017 having worked as Driving Instructor since 2009.
Tzetzo is also a qualified Trampoline Coach and was part of the national team for Bulgaria, where he was awarded a bronze medal during World Cup in 1978 for a syncronised performance.
He has worked as a freelance trapeze and trampoline performance artist for the circus. The standards required in that job were very high and are reflected in his standards to teaching his Ltest pupils everyday.
“As a gymnast and performance artist, I have very high standards for safety and enjoy teaching my learners to be safe, responsible drivers”. Tzetzo uses the same coaching methods for his sport as he does for his instruction, building upon his pupils skills until they become confident and are properly prepared for their test.
Tzetzo is married and lives in Wythenshawe with his wife Elena.
Elena Petrova
Elena has been teaching people to drive since 2007 as a fully qualified ADI. She is an excellent teacher and takes her role as an Instructor seriously. She developed her own driving skills both in the UK and in Europe over many years and that she enjoys the opportunity to pass these valuable skills on to learners that they can use safely for the rest of their lives.
She treats everyone as individuals though, each with their own learning style, and she adapts her teaching to suit and finds out what works best for each pupil.
Elena is originally from Bulgaria and speaks 5 different languages including Bulgarian, Russain, Italian, French and English. She has a love of cars and particularly her Alfa Romeo that she teaches in.
From an early age Elena dreamed of becoming a ballet dancer and ultimately she achieved this working in the Light Opera House for over 10 years. Elena has even performed as a Circus Artist for Moscow State Circus where she was a High Wire Trapeze gymnast. “To be a Circus Performer, we trained everyday and had to have the highest standards to keep us safe and our shows spectacular.”
Elena is married and lives in Wythenshawe her husband, Tzetzo.

Ellen McNally
Ellen has been working with Ltest as a Senior Driving instructor since 2010. She has been qualified as an instructor for well over a decade now. She has had hunderds of pupils who have passed with her over the years.
Ellen decided to become a driving instructor because she always enjoyed driving. “I wanted to learn to drive as soon as I was able to and it wasn’t just because I should at 17 but because it felt like a great achievement to control a powerful vehicle. That stayed with me after passing my own driving test.”
Ellen is a very conscientious driver and encourages the same standards in her pupils.
“I see too many people driving with no regard and I wanted to try and change that. Learning to Drive properly is a great achievement and probably the riskiest thing we do everyday.”
As a child, Ellen wanted to be a hairdresser or a florist and then a stunt driver! Well Ellen you might be on your way to the last one!
Ellen is very friendly and adapts to the different teaching styles of her pupils.”I have patience and understanding for those who are learning new things, I remember what a skill it was to have when I was learning to drive.”
